Profile
Generalist Designer
As a student of European history, a practitioner of design thinking and an intense interest in the way things work, I bring an unusual perspective to any project. I blend a taste and skill associated with aesthetic classicism with the latest front end development techniques available and mix them with a passion for solving complex problems in the best ways. I’m at home designing interactions, creating brands and forging meaning out of mess.
Direction
Over the past 20 years in Europe and the United States, I’ve led teams and managed resources in almost every possible setup: from being head of operations for multiple conferences, to founding volunteer organizations, leading a design studio, to leading client service software projects from discovery to completion. In each instance, I guided projects of varying complexity with a range of stakeholders and resources to successful closure.
Client Service Orientation
Throughout my work experience, one of the things that characterized me is a drive to deliver client satisfaction regardless of circumstance. In practice, this has translated into a consistent ability to define and surpass client expectation through a details-oriented approach to planning and a conscientious and clear manner of communication.
